Appointment booking fee
A small booking fee may apply only if you choose to secure certain appointment offers.
How it works
1. You can use Alevian to submit a request at no cost.
2. If a relevant pathway is free, such as the NHS waiting list, there is nothing to pay.
3. On some urgent or private pathways, a booking fee may be requested only when you decide to secure a real appointment slot.
4. All treatment fees are set by the dental practice and not Alevian and they should be confirmed before treatment commences.
Important: A booking fee may be required to secure an appointment. This fee is charged for the booking and matching service and to reserve the appointment slot, and is redeemable against the cost of treatment at the practice. Once paid, the booking fee is non-refundable. If you cancel, fail to attend, or arrive too late for the practice to see you, the fee will be lost. The practice may refuse treatment if you do not attend on time or if there is insufficient time remaining to provide safe care. Any diagnosis, treatment, outcome, fees for treatment, complaint, refund request relating to treatment, or other clinical dispute is strictly between you and the dental practice. Alevian is not the treatment provider and accepts no responsibility or liability for the clinical care provided by the practice.
